Villa Veracruz is a luxury villa with a very nice terrace, large private pool 4x10 and a big garden of 700m2. The Villa has 220 square meters, 3 double bedrooms (two on the ground floor and one bedroom on the first floor), three full bathrooms, kitchen and living room.
The house, with capacity for 6 persons, is fully furnished to offer you all the comforts during your stay. It has free WIFI, 3 parking spaces in the garden and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

On the main floor we find a spacious living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. It has all kinds of kitchenware and appliances. On this floor we also have 1 en-suite bedroom with a double bed 180x200 and bathroom with bathtub and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 complete bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor we find an en-suite bedroom with a double bed 160x200 and a bathroom with a shower.

The Villa is located in the center of Miami Playa in a quiet and residential area. The main restaurants and supermarkets are 600 meters from the villa and the famous Cristal beach is 1200 meters away, it is one of the best and best known beach on the Costa Dorada with the Blue Flag of the European Community is wide and not overcrowded.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.

In this zone are the main villas and townhouses of Miami Playa. The proximity of the beach, the silence, the lack of high-rise buildings and apartment blocks provide travelers maximum comfort.
In the house on the ground floor: living room and American kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine); living room- windows open out onto the terrace, to the swimming pool and the access to the barbecue area. Playa Cristal - one of the best beaches on the Costa Dorada with a Blue Flag is in 1 min. walking distance from the villa. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. Villa Coral is a 3 bedroom Villa with private pool, located within 50 meters from Playa Cristal. This very comfortable villa counts with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 1 with a bath and another with a shower, a living room and a kitchen – all distributed on the ground floor. It has air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom. Other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans.Villa Coral has a lawn, a big palm tree, beautiful grape plants, that creat shady area in barbecue zone, and other decorative plants.Wifi is included.The house has an alarm with photo detectors. A photo is taken in the case of the alarm. It does not record video.The location is perfect, in the very center of Playa Cristal.
