Description
Villa Lidia is a spectacular villa renewed in September 2021 with private pool of 5x10 and a large private garden. The villa has 212 square meters, 3 bedrooms (two on the ground floor and one suite on the first floor), three bathrooms, kitchen and living room. The garden has 800 m2 with trees, palms, lawn .... It has a large barbecue area and outdoor oven. The villa has an excellent decor and is a comfortable, modern house. Also has a garage, air conditioning and wi-fi. A comfortable house for 6 adults.
Villa Lidia is located in the heart of Miami Playa in a quiet residential area. The main restaurants and supermarkets are within 950 meters of the villa and the main beach – Playa Cristal is within 1800 meters, is one of the best and most famous beaches in the Costa Dorada with blue flag of the European Community, is wide and never overcrowded.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
It is mandatory to check-in online before arrival.

Nos gusto mucho la casa, tiene todas las comodidades pasar pasarselo bien, la piscina genial, grande y profunda (150 cm hasta 220cm mas o menos asi que con crios pequeños si no saben nadar, no tocan), el jardin estupendo. Una semana de relax perfectasee more

In this zone are the main villas and townhouses of Miami Playa. The proximity of the beach, the silence, the lack of high-rise buildings and apartment blocks provide travelers maximum comfort.

Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the overflow or that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. In addition, here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well cared for and there are several different areas for different ages. Playa Cristal has a beautiful promenade with restaurants and bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade communicates with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with a multitude of excellent restaurants and bars. Villa Coral is a 3 bedroom Villa with private pool, located within 50 meters from Playa Cristal. This very comfortable villa counts with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 1 with a bath and another with a shower, a living room and a kitchen – all distributed on the ground floor. It has air conditioning in the living room and in the main bedroom. Other 2 bedrooms have ceiling fans.Villa Coral has a lawn, a big palm tree, beautiful grape plants, that creat shady area in barbecue zone, and other decorative plants.Wifi is included.The house has an alarm with photo detectors.
