Enjoy a family or friends holiday in this spacious and comfortable property in Miami Playa. Located in an ideal area for children, just a few steps from shops and restaurants, this house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with capacity for up to 6 people. You will find 2 double beds and 2 single beds, as well as wardrobes and hangers to store your belongings. The bathrooms are equipped with shower or bath, and towels and toilet paper are provided.Ground floor: living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a 180x190 bed and another with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are spacious.First floor: 1 bedroom with a 180x200 bed and 1 bathroom.The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, coffee maker, oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as cooking utensils and tableware. You can enjoy your meals in the dining room or outside, in the barbecue area.The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as free WiFi. It also has a private 3.7 x 8.7 metre swimming pool with views of the garden. The 915 m2 plot is fenced and offers a quiet and relaxing environment.The location is ideal, just 450 metres from the sandy beaches of Cala Bot and El Pescador, and close to supermarkets, golf courses and other points of interest. Barcelona airport is 120 km away, while Reus airport is 30 km away.The tourist tax and final cleaning must be paid.As it is a family tourism area, bookings for young groups are not accepted.No noise is allowed from 10pm to 9am.Online check-in is mandatory before arrival.

La villa fortuna est très bien équipé et surtout très bien situé. La plage est à 15min à pied et la rue principale à meme pas 1 minute.
L'agence arenda est très reactive en cas de besoin (demande de draps, on nous les a ramené en 5 minutes)
