The beach is only in 130 meters and the area is residential and calm, never crowded, perfect for a pleasant stay near the sea. There are several restaurants, beach bars and a supermarket near the house which are open during the summer season.
It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.

No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.

First floor: master bedroom with access to the terrace and a room with 2 single beds. Bathroom with bathtub. The house has a private, comfortable and quiet garden, with direct access to a large common area with a garden and a large rectangular pool. COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities.
